Michael Davis, IOM

President & CEO

Michael has over 18 years of political experience and is nationally recognized as a leading analyst within the political and business communities while working on local, state legislative, gubernatorial, U.S. House and U.S. Senate campaigns.
Previously, Michael served as Senior Vice President of Political Programs for BIPAC, the nation’s first business PAC. He also directed the political affairs department and PAC for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for nearly 13 years. He is also a leading member of USA Roundtable, an association of pro-business state PACs around the country and has served on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Public Affairs Committee.

Sonja Forster

Vice President

Sonja provides strategic planning and program management support to Enterprise Washington. She also oversees membership and fundraising programs along with the organization’s internship program. While earning her Bachelor of Arts degree at UW, Sonja gained a passion for helping private sector businesses create vibrant communities. Sonja brought that passion to her work in non-profit fundraising, giving Washington’s private companies charitable ways to connect to their communities. After joining Enterprise Washington in 2007 and thriving in the fast paced and competitive world of state level politics, Sonja took on the role as Vice President.

Mike Beckett

Campaign Director

In his position with Enterprise Washington, Mike analyzes campaign data, manages the data collection strategies, and coordinates Enterprise Washington’s political program voter communication. Mike comes to Enterprise Washington with a unique political background. As a political consultant over the past three years, he has worked on notable-- and in some instances controversial-- state-wide initiatives in Washington and Oregon. Mike earned a bachelor's degree in international studies from the University of Washington and will be returning to pursue an MBA at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business beginning this fall.

Blake Vintertun

Business Development

Blake is responsible for driving the development program at Enterprise Washington. He focuses on increasing membership and executing the organization’s various development initiatives and strategies. Blake took an interest in politics while attending Central Washington University and decided to earn his degree in Political Science. Blake brings a wide range of experience from working on a statewide initiative, as Campaign Manager in a highly contested legislative race, and most recently in the role of Finance Director where he managed all aspects of fundraising and finances for a member of the Washington Delegation of the U.S. House.
