Michael Davis, IOM

President & CEO

Michael has over 18 years of political experience and is nationally recognized as a leading analyst within the political and business communities while working on local, state legislative, gubernatorial, U.S. House and U.S. Senate campaigns.
Previously, Michael served as Senior Vice President of Political Programs for BIPAC, the nation’s first business PAC. He also directed the political affairs department and PAC for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for nearly 13 years. He is also a leading member of USA Roundtable, an association of pro-business state PACs around the country and has served on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Public Affairs Committee.

Geneva Burleigh

Business Development

Geneva is responsible for driving the development program at Enterprise Washington. She focuses on increasing membership and executing the organization’s various development initiatives and strategies. Geneva first took an interest in politics while attending The Evergreen State College after being accepted into the Washington State Legislative Internship Program. Geneva brings a wide range of experience from managing highly contested legislative races to nonprofit fundraising and event planning.
